DCH Community Survey Now Available

Traditionally, a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) is conducted once every three (3) years in a community, and is a partnership between all health care agencies in the area. As we work to plan the future of Decatur County Hospital and add services, this three year timeframe is hardly sufficient to truly be responsive to the needs of our community.
In response to this concern, we have designed a DCH Community Survey via Survey Monkey which we will open every six months for approximately two weeks at a time. This brief survey will allow us to gauge the impact of new services, and help direct the future direction of our healthcare system.
We need your help to drive the future of healthcare services at Decatur County Hospital. We invite you to take a short survey to tell us about your experience at DCH, and what you would like to see from us in the future. This survey will remain open through March 8, 2021.
